I've been to Van's for brakework, tires, fluid changes, deep rattle assessment and, today vehicle inspections for our two Toyotas. We arrived for our appointment and they were ready. On my wife's Venza they found and fixed one issue and fixed one I identified. After the inspection they went over a number of maintenance type items. Very professional. Efficient, honest, responsive and friendly combine to produce a very positive visit. Interestingly. I watched them provide outstanding service to 3 elderly females with appropriate explanations, options and with no condescension. Very good team.
